CUBE CAP CO., LTD. is a Korean manufacturer of single-dose cosmetics in soft capsules, sold under the COCAPS brand. The company grew out of machine building: from 2007 its predecessor DCM KOREA built soft-capsule encapsulation lines, in 2011 it was designated a venture company and developed the T-150V machine for plant-based soft capsules. CUBE GROUP was formed in 2013, a new plant followed in 2014, the company was renamed CUBE GEL in 2019, and in 2024 CUBE CAP CO., LTD. was incorporated and its site registered for two lines of business: raw material for plant-based capsule shells (CBVM) and cosmetics manufacturing.
The point of the format is the dose. The serum is sealed inside its own capsule and opened at the moment of use, so it never meets air before that: actives do not oxidise, and the formula does without the preservative system a jar would need. The shell is plant-based, with no animal gelatin. Through the parent company CUBE GEL the plant makes its own moulds, so capsule shape, fill volume and colour can be set for a specific brand — an unusual option in contract manufacturing.
The COCAPS range is built around three actives — retinol, vitamin C and ceramides — in three pack formats: a 30-capsule SAN plastic bottle, a 30-capsule glass bottle, and a 7-capsule blister for samples and travel. Minimum order starts at 100 bottles and shelf life is three years. The company works both as a supplier of finished goods and as an OEM/ODM contract manufacturer.

Soft-capsule encapsulation on the company's own equipment
The plant's machine produces both plant-based and gelatin soft capsules. Parameters are set from a touch panel, and capsule shapes come from moulds made for the customer's brief.
Shell preparation
A dedicated tank prepares the film — the capsule shell. The unit is built for simple operation and consistent batch quality.
Drying line
A tumble dryer takes moisture out of the capsules straight off the encapsulation line; the drying room holds conditions suited to soft capsules.
Raw material for plant-based shells (CBVM)
The company also produces the raw material for plant-based capsule shells — a line of business registered together with cosmetics manufacturing in 2024.
