COCAPS capsule serums by the Korean manufacturer CUBE CAP come in three packaging formats. The formula inside is the same, but the presentation, the cost of shelf space and the logistics differ. Here is which format makes sense for which channel.
SAN bottle with 30 capsules — the core shelf
The core line comes in a 30-capsule SAN plastic bottle in three variants: Retinol, Vitamin C and Ceramide. It covers a one-month course with daily use and is the main format for retail and e-commerce.
Logistics according to the manufacturer: 100 bottles per carton measuring 540×300×205 mm, carton weight 11 kg. The compact carton makes it easy to test a channel with small batches, especially since the minimum order starts at 100 bottles.
Glass bottle — premium presentation
The same serum in a 30-capsule glass bottle is available as Retinol Glow and Vitamin C Glow. Glass weighs more: a carton of 100 bottles with the same dimensions comes to 18 kg, which is worth factoring into freight costs.
This format is designed for shelves where appearance matters: gift sets, department stores and duty-free.
7-capsule blister — samples and traffic
The 7-capsule blister covers tasks where a full-size bottle would be excessive: samples, travel sets, promotions and gifts with marketplace orders. The variants are the same: Retinol, Vitamin C, Ceramide.
A carton holds 400 blisters at 460×350×345 mm and 6.5 kg. The one-week format lets customers try the product before buying a full bottle.
How to put an order together
All three formats can be combined in a single shipment: the core volume in bottles plus blisters for promotion. The product shelf life is three years, so there is no rush to sell through a trial batch.
